SOE 293 Career Pathway Speakers Social Post.jpg

Earlier this year, the SOE launched our 2024 flagship guide ‘Navigating Engineering: Pathways to Progress’ - an evidence-based guide featuring engineering professionals from different walks of life who carved their successes through various paths. Endorsed by the Engineering Council, Society for the Environment and Engineering UK, the guide is a must-have for all ambitious engineers looking for inspiration on how to progress their career and the many possibilities within the engineering landscape.

To continue the big discussion around career growth in engineering, the SOE is hosting an in-person panel event on 30 July in London featuring seasoned engineers and career professionals who’ll come together to share their own stories and leave you inspired.
